2019 World Environment Day - La Mer Resort & Spa

In the context of the World Environment Day at the La Mer Resort & Spa, on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, actions took place with the participation of clients and staff.
At the La Mer Resort & Spa everyday we inform our guests that we are trying to significantly reduce the impact of our daily activities on the environment and to help maintain the clean Mediterranean. We still safeguard the energy and water sources for our own benefit and for the next generations.
Actions taken on the World Environment Day:
Cleaning the beach <> (Clean the Mediterranean)
Planting an olive tree and giving it the name <>.
Speech on the planting of the olive tree and, more generally, on the olive trees in Crete.
Speech on the olive tree, its history, oil, soap and derivatives.
Exhibition of materials collected for recycling at the hotel such as glass, paper, plastic caps, etc.
